Urban transport

Genève Tours is an active partner of the Geneva Public transport system (TPG) and has been a regular subcontractor for over 20 years.

The company operates various services on behalf of the TPG: inner city urban lines, school services, transport on request (Proxibus), other specific services...

At present, our regular lines operating in the Geneva area require an all year round 365 day rota of :

• 36 specialised drivers
• 18 Mercedes buses, of which 8 are extralong and articulated, painted in the colours of the TPG network
• Euro 5, Euro 6 and Hybrid emission engine standards only
• Vehicle tracking and real-time monitoring on the bus network, with the INEO professional system installed on each vehicle
• A 1500 m2 covered garage ensuring security for all vehicles
• Two restrooms for the drivers
• Integrated maintenance and repair workshop
